Author Biography

  • Sagar Kumar Sharma, Assistant Professor Department of English Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies New Delhi.

    Dr. Sagar Kumar Sharma is an Assistant Professor at the Department of English, School of Media Studies and Humanities, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies. A Ph.D. holder in English from Indira Gandhi National Open University, Dr. Sagar is the author of an edited book, Writers Speak (Vol. I). He has several publications in national and international journals of high-quality index and repute, including a special issue of Creative Saplings, Vol. 1, October 2023. An SRF awardee from UGC, Dr. Sharma has keen interest in translation and creative writing. American literature, British literature, literary theory and criticism, cultural studies, folklore and contemporary Indian literature are some of his key areas of interest. A poet at heart, a researcher by temperament, and essentially a lover of art, Dr. Sagar has served as a Project Associate (Teaching) at IGNCA, Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India, New Delhi. He is a member of the editorial boards of some important recognized journals.
